My first attempt at a diaper bag (loved the polka-dot fabric... don't ask me where to find it, though. I almost always use remnants or reuse fabric I find at Goodwill) |
This is my greatest sewing accomplishment so far... My faux Vera Bradley diaper bag. I based it off of a pattern I found online (and the second time I have tried
this pattern), but quilted the outer layers to make them sturdier. I'm so happy with how it turned out, and it's cute enough that I don't feel like I have a diaper bag on my shoulder... Just a replica designer tote!

I made it with a zipper pocket and 2 elastic pockets on the inside... Plenty of room left over! |
